Once your order is successfully placed, we generally process and prepare it for dispatch within 24–48 hours.

Processing may take slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

2. Delivery Time


After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 7–8 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping and tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

4. Delivery Delays


In some cases, an order may be delayed due to logistics issues, courier delays, stock-related issues, incorrect or incomplete address information, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an updated delivery timeline.

5. Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at the time of placing an order.

ASHAI cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments


If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the shipment may be returned to the sender.

Any applicable return-to-origin or re-shipping charges may be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
