At ASHAI, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent order experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order at any time before the order is dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact ASHAI as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the pre-dispatch cancellation process.
If you no longer wish to receive the shipment, you may refuse the delivery.
Once the product is returned to us, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.
4. Returned Shipments
Where a dispatched order is refused and subsequently returned to us, the refund will be processed after the product has been received and the return has been verified.
Any applicable shipping, return-to-origin, or other logistics charges may be deducted where applicable.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, ASHAI will initiate the refund to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, applicable logistics or return charges may apply.
7. Product Issues
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact ASHAI through our Contact ASHAI page with your order details and relevant information.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable supplier and fulfilment conditions.
8. Important Note
Refunds and returns are subject to verification. ASHAI reserves the right to review each request based on the order status, product condition, delivery status, and applicable fulfilment conditions.
